Information used to provide Retenzia

Retenzia processes account details, organisation profiles, member and stakeholder records, and activities entered by authorised users or imported through a connected CRM. This information supports the workspace, engagement scoring, reporting and account administration.

Sign-in, payments and support

Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Retenzia uses subscription status to manage access. Support requests and necessary account emails are processed to provide assistance and administer your service.

AI analysis

When an authorised user requests AI analysis, selected organisation and relationship information, including recorded activities and notes, is sent to OpenAI to prepare the report. Do not enter information you are not authorised to share. AI reports support human judgement and do not automatically change your records or contact members.

Cookies and similar storage

The Retenzia homepage code does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics trackers. The hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar storage for authentication, security and essential service functions. Payment services have their own privacy and cookie information.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. If optional tracking is introduced, consent will be requested before it is enabled. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other requested functions.

Your organisation’s records

Your organisation controls the personal information it adds to Retenzia and should provide its own members and stakeholders with appropriate privacy information. Access to workspace records follows organisation and team permissions. Ending a trial or subscription does not automatically delete your records.

Privacy questions and requests

For questions about access, correction, deletion, retention or the handling of your information, contact support@retenzia.com. For records maintained by a membership organisation, contact that organisation first.
